I'm not quite sure I understand your question. It sounds like you don't expect any visitors to see the Original variation, but visitors are getting into the Original variation. Is that correct?
At any point in time, was the Original variation set to something besides 0%?
When you change a variation’s traffic allocation mid-experiment, all new users will be allocated accordingly from then on. However, all users that have entered your experiment prior to the change will be bucketed into the same variation they entered previously, because of the Optimizely buckets cookie.
Have you tried pausing your experiment, duplicating it and restarting the experiment? If you do this, no visitors should be able to enter the Original variation.
