Help with getting Optimizely to work - 403 error in the code when running any experiments

We have installed the Optimizely plugin but when we try and run an A/B headline test we get to the point where we select 'Start' to run the experiment and then it just hangs. In looking at the code we are getting a 403 (Forbidden) error as shown on the screen grab attached.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

that refers to the wordpress-plugin, just to make this point clear.

Is there more information available? The response is a 403, did you get additional information except "forbidden"?That might help.

Have you tried to start the experiment via the optimizely website?

Kind regards

Michael
