Revenues Per Visitor in Table but Not Charting for Mobile Original Only

[ Edited ]

Hi, I'm relatively new to Optimizely but getting the hang of it quickly.  I currently have two mostly duplicate tests set up for mobile and nonmobile that track revenues.  Everything seems to be working except 1 thing...the revenues per visitor is not charting in one instance (see below).

Test 1:

NonMobile Original: Revenue Per Visitor In Table YES Chart YES

NonMobile Variation: Revenue Per Visitor In Table YES Chart YES

Test 2:

Mobile Original: Revenue Per Visitor In Table YES Chart NO

Mobile Variation: Revenue Per Visitor In Table YES Chart YES

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Depends how advanced you are on javascript, but my suggestion is to view for any errors in the console window of your browser ... F12 in Chrome.

I'm very familiar with Chrome console. Do you mean console for Optimizely or the page where I push revenues to Optimizely. If the later, why would it push data to the variation and not the original if they push revenues on the same page? I'll check though.

I literally meant the Chrome console, seems like Optimizely is firing the script before an object is available?

Type in the below into the console to further debug your issue:
optimizely.push("log")

This is fixed...or was never broken. The first day of data was not great and I readjusted the test, so when I limited the results view to the second day forward, the revenue results appeared as expected. Case closed.
