What plan do you have to have to get the Gigya integration?
I'm trying to integrate our Gigya account with Optimizely and get an "Update Plan" button instead of what is outlined in the "ON/OFF" switch that is displayed in the instructions. https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/206202168
