Working with optimizely tools on localhost
I cannot make changes to optimizely on our website without testing it first. Is it possible to run optimizely locally? I am wondering if adding the script tag and and inserting a snippet for angular is enough to create a project?
Great question! You can definately load your local host onto the editor and run experiments in that environment. Be sure to install the snippet and make sure the locally hosted site doesn't have any x-frame options headers that will restrict the editor from loading it.
Here is a link to our FAQ that will provide you with more information on the x-frame options header: https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/2009
I have add code snippet on my header but still not work.
When I run this code "optimizely.activeExperiments" on my browser console it's return .
Thanks for your advise.
