[How To] Get Access to the Partner Optiverse

If you are a solutions or technology partner then you can access a private area of the Optiverse! Follow these steps to get access.

 

What is the Partner Optiverse?

The Optiverse is Optimizely’s customer community where participants can interact with each other, share knowledge, get updates, and ask questions. Optimizely has created a private area within the Optiverse just for partners. The goal of this private area is to enable partners to network directly with each other, share product and program updates, sales and marketing collateral, and get advance notice about features coming down the pike.

 

If you already have an Optiverse account, please login to Optiverse and skip to Step #3

 

Step # 1:

Visit https://community.optimizely.com/ and click login in the top right

Step # 2:

Once logged in, click your username in the top right and select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu

Step # 3:

Once you viewing your profile page, copy your profile URL found in your browser url bar. The URL should look like this:

Step # 4:

Request access to the Partner Optiverse by going back to the Optiverse homepage, and clicking the link that says “Are you an Optimizely Partner?” This link is located on the right side, in the navigation bar, half way down the page.

Step # 5:

Fill out the form on the page that says “Request Partner Access Within Optiverse.”

 

Step # 6:

Paste your profile URL into the last field and click Submit. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be approved.

Step # 7:

Et Voilia! Once you are approved you will see this navigation bar when you are in the Optiverse. You will also receive an email notification from Optimizely’s Community Manager, Amanda Swan.
