If you can provide Online Customer Chat support it would be Really great and helpful for the clients and customers to get instant reply of their queries and difficulties.
While we don't currently offer online chat support, our customer support staff respond to posts in this community on a regular basis. If you have a support question and your account does not allow you to file a support ticket or call the support hotline, please post your issue in the Using Optimizely community board and one of our TSEs should respond within 24-48 hours.
