Please Share Best Practices For Documenting Test Results and Key Learnings

[ Edited ]

Hey All,

I am looking for a way to accurately document all test with their key learnings in a way that it is very actionable for future testing.

Please share your best practices for documenting completed tests with their key learnings.

Thanks

Kyle Rush gave a great talk on the lifecycle here! Relevant bit.ly links can be found on slides w/ stars, but good ones are also below:

Experiment Archive Template: http://bit.ly/1q9tRWI <-- answer to question

We also find it's helpful to do a sort of "winner / loser" email w/ relevant information to keep people excited. This is quick though and feels sort of like a "which test won" type flow.
