Best heat map to integrate with Optimizely?

We have been using Hotjar, a great heatmap tool, but it does not support clean A/B testing - we would have to create a separate URL for the A and a separate URL for the B.

The heat map landscape changes rapidly and there aren't many recent reviews. What is your experience with other heat map tools?
  1- Is the tool powerful yet easy to use?
  2- Does it integrate well with Optimizely?
  3- Will it work on a split test that uses a single URL?
