Can I add http to the snippet?

Hi,

Is it ok to add http to the snippet if I know the pages will not be accessed over https?

<script src="http://cdn.optimizely.com/js/123456789.js"></script>

Right now, our website is being maintained manually with Microsoft Expression Web.

It  insists on rewriting <script src="//cdn.optimizely.c.. into <script src="file:///cdn.optimizely.co...

We are shortly moving to a CMS but for now have to do it the Expression way.

Thanks,

D

Yes, if you really must then you can specify either HTTP or HTTPS. But if you make it HTTP and later decide to use encryption, remember to update this to avoid mixed content warnings.
