Can`t create click goals

When I try to create a click goal I get the following error. Optimizely is unable to load the URL preview necessary for me to define my goal. I do have the Optimizely snippet in place and otherwise I am able to interact with the website through Optimizely.

How can I fix this? It is important that I be able to define click goals for my experiments.

Re: Can`t create click goals

Hi - thanks for posting this. You're right, it's important that we get this to work. It looks like the issue is a result of your page only being http while the editor is https. You'll need to follow the compatibility mode instructions here to get the page to load.

Once your page is in the editor, you can actually set click goals without looking at the goals UI in your screenshot.

Here's an example for how to do this:

Then, to see which goals are tracked, you can use the settings menu and choose "element tracking" and then click the checkbox to highlight tracked elements in red.

Let me know if you have any questions or trouble with this.
