Can't enable my first optmizely experiment

I have installed and configured the Optimizely plugin for my wordpress site:

However, when I attempt to setup an experiment in the Optimizely UI, i get the following error message:

When I view the source code for my site, I see that the optimizely script is located at the top of the head tag:

So, not sure what the issue is here.  Thoughts?

Thanks.

Your screenshot isn't loading. Can you attach it in this thread or describe the error message you're seeing?

Re: Can't enable my first optmizely experiment

The Optimizely snippet seems to be loading properly, so that's not the issue. Try some of the ideas listed here: https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/200179074

Looking at the section titled "Common Editor Loading Issues," I was able to cancel out #1-4 and #6 as possible issues. Attempting to test #5 resulted in a JS error from a script loaded on the site (https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.3.min.js). So I would say look into that, or contact support as the page suggests.
