Can't track form submit, very confusing comparing to VWO

I have 2 Pardot forms on the page and just want to set up a goal to track form submits (instead of just clicks on them)

I have to add some custom events, Optimizely doesn't even have built-in ones already, forum has a lot of things, why there is no simple drop down like in VWO where I can choose Track form submits? http://cl.ly/2H3E2o381F33

So it wasn't an idea really, I actually need to track form submits to go.pardot.com, how can I do it?

Can you tell me a bit about how Pardot is implemented? Are you using an iframe?

Pardot is implemented this way http://cl.ly/1t1R340E1Q1e

I basically just need the text to put into Custom event goal, that will track form submits to https://go.pardot.com/l/61302/2016-04-08/87bk2r

could you please reply, it's blocking us from using Optimizely (because it's not so straightforward as VWO as screenshot shows)
