Error message on Optimizely.com

[ Edited ]

You may be seeing errors on the Optimizely domain stating ‘Over Quota’ or ‘Something Went Wrong’. We are aware of the issue and are working to have our site back up and running as soon as possible. Current experiments are still running and this should not compromise any of your existing data or your website's experience.

Please note, the issue may impact the following areas:

  • Currently, you cannot create new experiments, modify any existing experiments, or view your results.
  • Until the issue is resolved, you cannot update or modify any experiments currently running through either optimizely.com or the REST API.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon we know more. Please monitor this post on Optiverse or our Twitter feed (@OptlySupport) for the most up-to-date notifications.
