Experiments still forced to pause at beginning of billing cycle
For some reason my experiments are still being forced to pause today and it should be the beginning of a billing cycle. Is there a specific time of the day that the billing cycle begins?
Hi there. I checked with our Product Team on this one. Your account and experiments should be unfrozen now (we double checked this). The cycle is based on your account's starting date and time. In your case, it looks like you rolled over into a new billing period shortly after you posted this message.
Our team is looking into other ways of doing this so that it's clearer when your billing cycle begins and ends specifically.
