Hi Heather!

We are doing the same at Hotwire Smiley Happy
We have 3 experiments ready for our sales.
1) Update Home page picture
2) Have a "sales" badge on our results page
3) Have a promotion banner on our results page

Whenever our marketing team wants to run a promotion on the website we just have to upload new images in the experiments. QA takes a look at it and I can start the promotion anytime!
