Having trouble with static layout setting for elements on the website.

The elements turn relative instead. So the layout gets problematic for mobile resolution and page is not responsive at all. Please help with mobile optimization as well.

Hi,

helping you will be much easier with more information, probably a url and the variation code.

Kind regards

Michael

Hi @weekplan,

If your site follows responsive design, if you are using the WYSIWYG editor, be sure to use "rearrange" instead of "move and resize".  However, even this will cause some code that does CSS repositioning.  Your best bet is to have your developers write the code that moves the element from the original location to the new location in a way that makes it go where it is supposed to go in all viewport sizes.

If you post a link to the page and a picture showing what it should look like in each of your supported viewport sizes, someone could give good guidance on the code that would work for you.

Alternatively, if it's really complicated and you have budget for it, many of us would be able to do this sort of work for you on a pay-per-experiment basis.
