How do Accelerated mobile pages affect testing

I was wondering since AMP pages dont use javascipt can you still test them in the same or is there something different you need to do?

Hey there,

Not quite sure how AMP pages work. But have some clarifying questions for you. Are you able to include the Optimizely snippet (script) in the <head> of your html? If so, the Optimizely snippet includes a JS library.

We should still be able to place the tracking script on the page.

My concern was more around how we would create tests. As AMP pages feature a stripped down version of the functionality inherent on standard web pages this might mean the editor will not be usable.

In which case the only way to run tests would be to create stand alone pages and use a URL redirect to test the pages which would mean that I am at the behest of the developers.
