How to exclude traffic from any other page on my site?

Hello!

I would like to set up a page group test (funnel) that starts on home page and concludes on a sale completed and/or new lead thank you page. The home page is where I'm having an alternarive version to test. Let's call this test 1.

I also wanna set another  page group test (funnel) that starts on a specific product page and concludes on a sale complete and/or new lead thank you page. In this test, the home page is the old design and the product page has an alternative version to test. Let's call this test 2.

Would it be possible for me to run both tests simultaneously?

My idea to do this is to restrict tests to only include visitors starting their sessions on the home page/product page from external sources.

Can this be done in Optimizely?

Yes, to be precise, you can use URL targeting to ensure that only specific pages belong to your experiment. In addition, you can place a cookie in either variant to trace your visitor down the funnel.
