How would I use Regular Expression if only the middle part of the url is unique?

How would I use Regular Expression if only the middle part of the url is unique? For example I have this url: https://www.investability.com/exclusive/15667643/details
I would like to target all of the variations of the number 15667643... I was hoping for a solution that would allow me to write something like this: https://www.investability.com/exclusive/{ ? }/details

To get you started this should work -
https://www.investability.com/exclusive/.*/details

If you're expecting only numbers then you can use https://www.investability.com/exclusive/[0-9]+/details

The parameter between exclusive and details will take any positive integer.
