Information on PII data protection during experiment
We are evaluating using Optimizely on our Community page but would like to better understand how Optimizely is protecting personal identifiable information (PII) that might be captured during experiments.
Does it capture any private information at all?
Maybe there's even a documentation somewhere out there I can use to please our data protection guys?

Great question. We don't store any PII by default so unless you forceably add something that sends PII to us, there's nothing to worry about. Please feel free to check out the attached Security and Architecture White Paper for more information, and let us know if you have any further questions!
