Is Optimizely compatible with Weebly?

Title more or less says it all. I've used Optimizely before, and was curious if anyone has any experience using it with a Weebly site?

Hiya,

As long as you have access to the source code of your Weebly site and can implement the optimizely snippet, you should be able to run an experiment on your Weebly site.

Cheers!

Thanks for the follow up. Weebly doesn't really allow for access to source code, but it does allow custom code to be added to headers, etc. So I assume the Optimizely snippet can be added there?

edit: No IMG tags here, huh, how strange.

edit2: I'd add it to my GTM container, but I know Optimizely is best deployed syncronically, and GTM doesn't allow for it.

So I attempted to add it to the header code like I assumed, and Optimizely doesn't seem to be seeing the js script:

Any ideas? I turned off that "shield" protected elements browser bit, of course.

Hi,

I can confirm that Optimizely is compatible with Weebly, however there are a few reasons why your site may not load properly in the editor.  Please take a look at this article on troubleshooting page loading in the editor.
