Known Issue: Delay in display of some data in Results pages

All visitor data affected by this issue has now been fully processed and can be viewed on your results pages.
We work to make a reliable, trustworthy experience for customers, but occasionally we experience issues. Today we had a service issue that prevented data sent between 11:40 am and 1:14 pm PST from being logged properly in Optimizely. We are now working on processing this data. No visitor events were lost. We will update this post when those events have been fully processed and can be viewed on your results page. Exact timing of that update is TBD, but we are expediting the process so the data will be available as soon as possible.
Revenue data sent during this time is not recoverable. Revenue events represent approximately 0.5% of the data we receive on a daily basis. We will be communicating directly with affected customers to ensure they’re aware of this incident.
