Lost account after email transfer
I recently tried to transfer an account to another email, but the account hasn't appeared in the requested email and the old one is no longer available to login to.
Is there any way to retreive that account?

Submit a support ticket to Optimizely and get them to take a look. If it is not appearing in either of your accounts it is likely that they will need to sort this out for you.
