Mask URL when doing a redirect test

Hi there,

I am trying to do some A/B testing with 3 different landing pages.  The urls are: naked.fit, naked.fit/land2, and naked.fit/land3.

I want to mask the URL so that no matter which page a user gets served, the URL appears to be: naked.fit

Is this possible and can anyone help me out with advice on how to implement this?

Thanks a ton!

Re: Mask URL when doing a redirect test

Hey Alli,

Currently, this is not something that can be done through Optimizely. The way Optimizely redirects users is by running JavaScript onto the user's browser which will load the new URL within their browser window.

If you'd like the URL to be consistent across variations, a regular AB test would need to be used. However, there are pro's and con's of this as a redirect is used for greater changes than what a regular AB test would be used for.

Let me know if you have any questions about this!
