Monthly Unique Visitors is not reset to zero
We were approaching the quota for maximum Monthly Unique Visitors Tests as show in the Plan & Billing tab on the account page. Our plan begins on the 15th of the month. Today is the 18th and the Plan & Billing page does not show the count to be reset to zero. This is preventing us from running tests because we don't want to go over our quota? What to do about this?
This is likely a glitch. We've nearly exceeded limits every now and then, but there will usually be an e-mail notice that let's you know. File a support ticket at optimizely.com/support; or, if you have phone support, give our support team a call.
