Monthly unique visitor number did not restart

A few days ago we hit the limit of 50.000 unique visiutors on our Starter plan and yesterday we then received an update that our account has been unfrozen. Today, I then recieved a notification that we had exceded the limit of 50.000 uniquen visitors for this billing cycle. However, we do not have that many visitors so something must be wrong.

 

Did your system somehow forget to reset the number? Could the issue have something to do with Optimizely X? Or do we need to look for another platform for our experiments?

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

We were recently updating our systems for billing and usage calculation, which might have caused the misleading email notification. Could you please let me know if your MUV usage has been reset?
