My Tracking pixel doesn't seem to be working.
I have recently started using optimizely but I can't seem to get the tracking pixel to work.
I have installed this code to my thank you page :
Usually event names do not have spaces in them. They would look like
"opt_in" rather than "opt in".
Edit the goal and expand the "Advanced" accordion near the bottom of the "edit-goal" modal. I could be mistaken, but pretty sure you need to use the "Custom event name".
But... if you are passing "1" for the value, you don't need this to be a revenue based goal anyway. So, maybe I'm missing the point here.
I have added the _ to the opt in, will wait to see if it makes a difference.
What page are you on when you say to expand the "advanced" and "edit goal", I can't seem to find either of them anywhere, is this a paid feature?
I am currently advertising to my email subscription page, so each subscriber doesn't yet have a value as I haven't worked it out, but I would like to be able to see which alterations to the landing page works best.
@Titos - I am editing the goal.
Open any experiment and click the "Goals" icon at the top of the page (the flag next to the "start/stop" button)
if you see your goal already, click "Edit".
If you don't see if, click "Add Saved Goal", locate your goal, click "Edit"
If you have not actually created your goal yet, click "Create New Goal"
