No field for the URL (for the preview) when tracking clicks on a redirect page

Hi,

I have an A/B test with a redirection to another URL. I already set up goals for the original URL. However, I cannot set up goals for the redirected page since I do not see the field "URL used for the preview below" which is mentioned here:

Can I set up click goals on a redirected page without this field?

Regards, Chris

Hi Chris,

When you create a click goal, you should see a URL preview bar like in the attached screenshot. This is where you can enter your redirect URL and then select the elements you wish to track. See highlighted area in screenshot below.

It's important that you remember to click "Advanced" and update the goal targeting conditions like outlined in the article you highlighted.

Also -- upon looking at the screenshot in the article, it appears our screenshot is a bit out of date. I will send this along to our Education team to update.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any additional questions!
