Hi,
I'm new to Optimizely and am trying to omit Firefox users from my audience. Can anyone direct me to the answer?

You can do this with audience conditions. Select *does not use* Firefox browser. Here's an article that higlights this in more detail: https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/201876450#browsers

Jumping in here. Yes, browser targeting is available for free customers (https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/200040055#target). It sounds like you are not signed up.
Can you login to Optimizely and visit https://www.optimizely.com/account. You should see a Starter subscription in the right box. If you don't have an account, you'll see an option to sign up. You'll need to actually subscribe for a free account and then the browser option will become available.
Can you try this and let us know how it goes?

Thanks Amanda. I definitely have an account, I've logged in.
However when I go to create a 'New Audience' the only choices are:
Has Universal User ID
Language
New/Returning Session
I dont' see the option to omit a browser?
