Omitting Firefox users from my audience

Hi,

I'm new to Optimizely and am trying to omit Firefox users from my audience.  Can anyone direct me to the answer?

Thank you !!!

Re: Omitting Firefox users from my audience

You can do this with audience conditions. Select *does not use* Firefox browser. Here's an article that higlights this in more detail: https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/201876450#browsers

Does this help?

Thanks John. DO you know if this is available if I am using the free version? I looked under the Audience tab and I'm not able to see this option.

Re: Omitting Firefox users from my audience

Jumping in here. Yes, browser targeting is available for free customers (https://help.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/200040055#target). It sounds like you are not signed up.

Can you login to Optimizely and visit https://www.optimizely.com/account.  You should see a Starter subscription in the right box. If you don't have an account, you'll see an option to sign up. You'll need to actually subscribe for a free account and then the browser option will become available.

Can you try this and let us know how it goes?

Re: Omitting Firefox users from my audience

Thanks Amanda.  I definitely have an account, I've logged in.

However when I go to create a 'New Audience' the only choices are:

Has Universal User ID

Language

New/Returning Session

I dont' see the option to omit a browser?

Thank you,
Jen
