(Problem) Scroll bar is removed when going from interactive to editing mode

I have a long page that requires a scroll bar. When I go to editing mode it doesn't let me scroll and I only see the top half of my page. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I've been having this issue anytime I go into editing mode on Optimizely or GA. Would love any help on fixes.
