Problem when creating a mobile experiment

Hi, I recently started using optimizely, and I've set it up with google tag manager on our site. When I tried making an experiment for desktop users it worked fine. However, when I tried making one for our mobile site I get a diagnostic report saying I have to implement the Optimizely snippet. Our mobile site is a seperate mobile page but with the same url as desktop. Any idea on how to make Optimizely also work with our mobile page?
(I have the starter plan by the way)

Can you provide the URL of your site?
Are you using the same tag manager property?

Just because your mobile page has the same url as your desktop site does not necessarily mean that you have the Optimizely snippet implemented appropriately. I would ask your dev team whether the mobile version of your site was built separately as many companies still have mobile versions of their site separately built from their desktop version. If this is the case, you'll need to implement the snippet across the mobile version of the site as well.
