Problem with excluding mobile/tablet traffic
Having some problems with an AB test. I set up this test (preview): https://www.oxxio.nl/energieproducten/?optimizely_x5207386107=1. And I selected audiences that only view on Desktop. But my changes are still also visible on mobile. I've never had this problem before and I don’t know how to exclude mobile and tablet visitors any other way.
Any advice would be welcome!
Are you saying that you see the experiment run on your mobile device when you hit the page with the force parameter? If so, that would be normal. The "optimizely_xNNNNNNN" parameter _forces_ the experiment to run on the current page (ignoring custom audiences, URL targeting, etc.).
