Remove pre-existing Goal

When trying to set up a Click Goal
I have an error message
"A goal with this name already exists."
I want to be able to delete the pre-existing goal and re-use it. How do I do that?

Thanks

Hi  @jdeb901

However, in this case, if you just want to delete pre-existing goals, you can do the following:

1) In the Editor of an experiment, click on the goals menu (it has a flag with a checkmark on it)
2) Click on the "Add A Saved Goal" button
3) From the list that appears, find the goal that you want to delete and click on the "delete" button that appears next to it.

Also, keep in mind that you can also edit the goal with the changes you want and re-use it in this experiment.

NOTE: If you delete the goal, please make sure it is not used by another experiment, as all of the data associated with this goal will also be deleted. If this is the case, then I recommend just changing the name of the old goal by clicking "edit" so you can use the desired name on the new goal.

Let me know if you have any questions about this!

Cheers,

Aisha
