Strange UI error when running tests on our homepage (desktop)

Several users are getting an identical error when we activate tests on our homepage (www.opulentitems.com). I've attached a screenshot for context. It's happened on two consecutive tests, does not impact all users, and immediately goes away if we pause the test in question.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi there,

The issue may be related to the selector that the visual editor used to target the specific tag line you are trying to edit. I recommend selecting the entire section that contains all 3 tag lines. You can do this by hovering over the taglines and select the container that encompasses all 3 taglines, then edit the text.

You can also select one of the tagline, go to "select container" in the context menu, and hover over the <div> until you find the first one that encompasses all 3 taglines. Then select the container and edit the text. You should see all 3 taglines in the "edit text" box if you selected the correct one.

Here is a link to our KB article for more info on how to use the 'select container' option in the visual editor: https://help.optimizely.com/Build_Campaigns_and_Experiments/The_Visual_Editor_in_Optimizely_Classic#...)
