The endless loop of support!
I was sent a "canceled account" message back in December. See here: http://d.pr/i/1aXhC
But was still charged the annual fee! When I try to contact support I get: http://d.pr/i/1aWVb
Great, so my account IS canceled... yet I still paid for it? WTF people! Where does one file for help? You are charging people and canceling them at the same time? We are so done with you and want our money back!
