I want to have my test show only to visitors that search for a specific keyword. How should I setup my query?

For example I want my test to show only to visitors that come from a search engine and have searched for "software testing".

Is the search term in the URL?  If so, you can target your experiment at only those people.

If you are looking to break down how an experiment behaves by the key-word people searched for, you could create a dimension for "search term" and every time a user performs a search, set the value of that dimension to their search term.  In your reporting, you would use the Segments drop-down to select the search term you are interested in and look at the goals attributed to that specific term.
